Please retain all packaging and labels until you are certain the helmet fits correctly.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA helmet that has suffered an impact should never be used again, even if no damage is visible.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFaulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible—ideally within 48 hours—and provide photographs where possible. Reporting it later does not remove any statutory rights you may have.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law. For a valid cancellation of an entire online order, the basic delivery charge will also be refunded.
