Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be confident in your helmet purchase. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the helmet must:

  • Be unused and not worn outside
  • Not have been involved in an accident, impact, or fall
  • Be in its original, undamaged packaging
  • Include all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories
  • Be free from marks, damage, odours, hair, and signs of use

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept helmets that have been worn or used, unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival. Please try helmets on indoors and avoid removing protective films or stickers until you are sure you want to keep the item.

Faulty or damaged items

If your helmet arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

A helmet that has been involved in an impact must not be returned for resale. Please contact us before sending it back so we can advise you safely.

How to request a return

Contact us at [your customer service email] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are normally issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law, but any upgrade to express delivery may not be refundable.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
