2. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not mean it has been accepted. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, affected by a technical error, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
3. Products and safety
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations may occur.
Helmets are safety equipment. You must choose the correct size, follow the manufacturer’s fitting and care instructions, and inspect the helmet before use. Do not use a helmet that is damaged, visibly worn, or has been involved in an impact. A helmet involved in an accident or impact should be replaced, even if no damage is visible.
We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by improper fitting, misuse, modification, failure to follow safety instructions, or continued use of a helmet after an impact.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order. We may correct pricing or description errors. If an item has been ordered at an incorrect price, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Payment must be received before an order is dispatched.
5. Delivery
We will provide an estimated delivery time at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at fdyhelmets@gmail.com with your order number. You are responsible for checking that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
